The Dartmouth Heritage Museum Society is a not-for profit society and requires heritage interpreters to work at these sites.

Reporting to the Manager, the Heritage Interpreter job is to welcome visitors to the sites and conduct interpretive tours of the museum. The Heritage Interpreter will work in period costume and remain in character as much as possible. The Heritage Interpreter is responsible for visitor reception and guidance in and around the museum’s two sites. Further duties include answering public inquiries, presenting educational programs and assisting in special event preparation and delivery in historic costume and research.
