Qualifications:
Candidate should have completed at least one year of university level studies in one or more of the following areas; business administration, municipal administration, heritage conservation, economic development, arts and culture, history or architecture and design
Candidate should have an interest in; community history, downtown development and revitalization, heritage and/or economic development
They should have:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong command of the English language; verbal and written
Efficient with computer software programs, spreadsheets and databases
Familiar with social media; Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
Experience in data collection and management of producing reports and documents
Knowledge of Swift Current and its' history an asset
Knowledge of the Main Street program an asset
Desire to be a community promoter
Strong problem solving skills
Efficient working on their own or in a team atmosphere
