Van Horne Estate on Ministers Island Inc.

Ministers Island, the Former summer estate of Sir William Van Horne, is a designated Provincial and Federal historic site. The 690 acre island stands off the shores in Passamaquoddy Bay and forms an important cultural, heritage and eco-tourism experience in the Bay of Fundy and the town of St. Andrew's By-The-Sea.

Pay/Hour: $11.50
Number of Hours Per Week: 35
Application Requirements:
Working to complete a high school diploma or equivalent, associates degree or bachelor's degree.
Work experienc in customer service preferred.
Expereince with public speaking is an asset.
Basic computer skills including social media, email and word process.
Verbal communicaiton and interpetation skills in English and French would be preferable.
Passion for learning and willingness to comtinue to acquire knowledge.
Passion for culture, heritage and environment.
Ability ro memorize and recite facts clearly and accurately.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Working knowledge of Sir William Van Horne and the Passamaquoddy people is an asset.
Must enjoy working and interacting with a variety visitors.
Friendly and enthusiastic at all times.
