Description: The candidate would be responsible for providing the public with a pleasant and informative visit to Ross Farm Museum while carrying out assigned tasks, and to create an understanding of our rural and agricultural heritage in Nova Scotia.
You would welcome visitors, initiate conversation, share information with visitors through demonstrations and presentations such as garden tours, heritage animal talks, hands on cow milking demonstrations, poultry talks and interpreting static displays in various building on site
To fulfill this responsibility the successful candidate must continue to improve their knowledge and skills by drawing information from reference library, staff manuals,and by requesting information from their co workers and supervisors.

Ross Farm Museum is located in New Ross Nova Scotia. We are a small community located an hour from Halifax
