GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Programming Customer Service Assistant Under the direct supervision of the Education/Progamming Supervisor and the Administrative Assistant the summer students will assist in all aspects of Museum operation.


DUTIES:
Assisting with Volunteer Coorindation
Assiting with planning and implementation of Education Programs
Assisting with planning and implementation of Special events
Customer service
Visitor orientation - processing admissions
Gift Shop – selling merchandise, maintaining displays
General office duties
Research

QUALIFICATIONS:
Student must have been in full time studies last term and returning to full time studies in the next term
English - written and spoken
Computer Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to work in a team or independantly
CONDITIONS: Salary: $12.50 an hour

Start Date: May 7, 2018
Hours of work - 8 hour days - 40 hours a week, will include weekends
