Description of Organization: The Georgina Art Center provides arts and culture programming for the Town of Georgina. The Gallery offers residents of Georgina and surrounding communities with the opportunity to become involved with the arts through exhibitions, education, programming and partnerships to enjoy a wide variety of arts and culture.
Job Description: Summer camp assistants report to the class art teacher and perform the following duties: Set up materials for art projects; assist students in completing art projects; clean up and store materials at the end of the day; sign students in and out of daily classes; meet students at the bus; supervising students at breaks and before and after class; providing assistance to the teacher as required.

Education: Currently in high school or higher educational institution and returning in the fall; art education an asset
Age: 16 years of age or older
Skills & Abilities: possess art ability; personable and able to work with young children; creative thinking; adaptability; ability to follow directions; self-motivated and ability to take initiative when required; computer skills to carry out research for art projects.
