Position: Museum Education and Programs Officer

Wage: $13.00 an hour
Starts: May 14,2018 ends: Sept.1, 2018

Short Description:
The Arborg Heritage Village is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, creative and engaging individual to join our team as Museum Education and Programs Officer

Responsibilities
-primary responsibility is to ensure every visitor has an educational and entertaining experience, providing exemplary customer service to all visitors.
-supervise, motivate, manage, & co-ordinate student tour guides & volunteers
-prepare & make plans, along with the guidance of the supervisor for the upcoming season
-work as a team member & act as an ambassador for the Heritage village

Minimum first year university/college student, must have strong communication and organizational skills, computer skills (Windows, MS office and internet), be flexible, patient, be able to multi-task, and have the ability to work independently. Candidates should be outgoing, enjoy history and enjoy working with people.
