If you love older buildings and historic places, and would like to grow your knowledge of heritage conservation while gaining experience with an established organization then perhaps an internship at Vancouver Heritage Foundation is a fit for you. Vancouver Heritage Foundation promotes and supports heritage conservation in Vancouver through public awareness and education, special projects and grants.

VHF is looking for a graduate in planning, architecture, heritage conservation or a related field, to help improve VHF’s online information resources for professionals and the public, and to help in managing and developing our granting programs.

The 25-week internship will give you an opportunity to learn broadly about heritage information and projects in Vancouver, interact with others involved in heritage conservation in the city, and to gain varied work experience. The internship begins late July and ends in December, 2017. The wage is $18 / hour for 30 hours / week.

To apply, please send a resume and cover letter to Judith Mosley, Executive Director, at judith@vancouverheritagefoundation.org. Applications close July 3, 2017 at midnight. Only applicants selected for interview will be contacted. Interviews will be conducted early to mid July, either in the VHF office or by Skype.
