Would you like to gain experience in project coordination at a respected Canadian institution? Do you have interest in a career working in Canadian History? The Juno Beach Centre Association (JBCA) is looking to expand its Canadian team with a Project Coordinator; the successful candidate will oversee a school tour of our pop-up display, From Vimy to Juno. Fluency in French is an asset but not mandatory, though basic knowledge of French is required.

Primary duties of the Project Coordinator will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and managing an organized system for booking the pop-up display
- Development and execution of a marketing and promotion plan for the promotion of the school tour and accompanying educational programming
- Coordination of small events
- Manage and curate a web-page dedicated to the promotion and results of the programming, hosted on the Juno Beach Centre website
- Communicate with educators, vendors, and partners
- Perform program-related research
- Other program-related administrative duties as assigned

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated individual who is comfortable with working independently and learning new skills. An interest in Canada’s military history is necessary, though students of all disciplines will be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is a must, as is the ability to adapt to new software and a desire to learn new programs.
