Joseph Schneider Haus Museum
Requires a Student Historical Teacher/Interpreter

Duties: To act as a costumed Interpreter at the Joseph Schneider Haus Museum and to facilitate visitors’ experience and enjoyment of the site while delivering special programs and interpreting the lifestyle of this early Kitchener family.

Qualifications: Knowledge of the development and delivery of public and education programs is required, as well as some knowledge of local history and some 19th century craft skills. German or French language skills would be an asset.

The application deadline is dependent on funding announcements. Will be sometime in May 2017.

Wage: The hourly wage is $12.56 per hour.
Start date: 19 June 2017 to 1 September 2017
