Position: Bilingual (French/English) Content Specialist
Reports To: Assistant Manager and Executive Director
Remuneration: $22.00 (plus 4% vacation pay)
Schedule: Hybrid
Contract: January 6, 2025 to the end of March 2025, Five days a week from 9am to 4pm.

Job Summary:
This role is essential to building and enhancing out Tennis Clubs Brand identity. The ideal candidate will design and manage various branding materials, support the development of a bilingual website, and create an engaging annual report that highlights our club’s achievements and contributions to the community.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the club’s management team to design and produce branding materials such as logos, posters, banners, letterheads, and other visual assets.
• Ensure all materials align with the club’s brand guidelines, maintain a cohesive look, and effectively communicate our mission.
• Assist in creating and launching a fully bilingual (French/English) website for the club, including layout planning, content creation, and translation.
• Ensure all content is accurately translated and culturally relevant for both French and English-speaking audiences.
• Collaborate with club leadership to gather key metrics and testimonials for inclusion in the Member’s Annual Report.
• Create content that reflects the club’s unique value, events, and community impact, building a positive reputation and expanding our reach.

Qualifications
• Bilingual, proficiency in French and English (Written and spoken)
• Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or graphic design
• Proven track record in producing Bilingual content for web, print, and social media
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in design software
