The successful candidate will be pursuing a degree in arts administration, creative production (film, theatre, music, literature, multidisciplinary) or a related field at either the university or college level.
They will be bilingual (French and English), passionate about the creative arts and interested in the vibrant cultural sphere of Montreal.
Job Description:
- Provide support to the administrative team by organizing, filing, and processing invoices, receipts, documents and expense reports.
- Assist with maintaining office and data management systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist in maintaining artist-related files and documents, including contact info, touring itineraries and updating various profiles and contracts, as needed.
- Participate and contribute to meetings both across the organization and within various teams.
- Some CMS/data transfer management for web properties
Required Skills:
- Interest in the music industry, artist management and artistic production
- Advanced proficiency in Mac environment, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Squarespace, project management programs and CRM.
- Ability to prioritize, manage several tasks at once. Self sufficiency a must!
- Commitment to office protocol, ethical standards and customer care.
